The controller for the personal information described here is ElevenLuck FZ LLC, which operates gang&lani media. The website is gnl.agency.

Information handled

The information depends on how you use the site:

• Business enquiries: name, email address, phone number if supplied, business name, website and Instagram details if supplied, the help requested, how you found us, your message and chosen language.
• &expert conversations: messages and conversation transcript, the page path and title and language context, and any name, email, company, phone number, contact preference or handoff notes you provide. Contact details are provided when you request a team follow-up.
• Optional analytics: Google Analytics may process website usage information, such as pages visited, only if you choose to allow optional analytics.
• Account sign-in: if you use an account sign-in flow, Clerk handles account and authentication information.

How information is used

We use enquiry details to understand and respond to your request. &expert uses submitted messages to provide automated answers and, when you ask for follow-up, to prepare the requested team response. Website usage information from Google Analytics is used for measurement only when you have opted in. An enquiry is not a subscription to marketing.

Services that process information

The current website uses Replit for application hosting and its database, Resend to send enquiry and chat-related emails, OpenAI to provide automated &expert responses, Clerk for account authentication and Google Analytics for optional site measurement after consent. Enquiry and requested chat follow-up details can be included in emails sent through Resend; your email address is used as the reply-to address for enquiry emails.

These providers process information to supply their respective services. Their systems may process or retain copies under their own service operations and terms. We do not state a particular processing location or transfer safeguard here.

Analytics choice

Google Analytics is optional and remains off unless you allow it through the site's privacy choice. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy settings control on the site.

Retention

Business enquiries in the application database are removed after 12 months from submission. &expert conversation records are removed after 12 months without activity. Cleanup runs when the service starts and daily while it is running, so removal can follow the exact 12-month date.

Emails and information held by email, AI, authentication, analytics or other service providers may have separate retention in those providers' systems. We cannot enforce deletion of provider-held copies through the application's database retention period.
